About Mobio
We are a tech services company that has shipped products and applications on open source for years. In the last 18 months, we built a sharp, AI team that delivers real production systems: automation workflows, GPT and Claude powered applications, Cursor-driven development, and our own voice agents framework running inbound and outbound calls in production. We are ready for our next chapter and need someone to lead it.
The Role
You will lead our AI practice: own delivery, set direction, mentor the team, and grow our capability as the field moves. We are not looking for someone who has done everything already. We are looking for someone with the confidence to lead, a strong technical foundation, and the appetite to learn AI faster than the market does.
What We Really Need From You
- Confidence and credibility to lead a team and own client outcomes
- A solid track record delivering software and technology projects end to end
- Clear understanding of the AI landscape and where it is heading
- Genuine, demonstrated ability to self-learn and go deep on new AI tools and patterns
- 10+ years in software, with 1-2+ years leading and architecting
- The energy to build, ship, and grow with us
What You Will Own
- Lead the AI practice across all new client projects, from scoping to delivery
- Architect agentic AI solutions for SMB and mid-market clients
- Mentor and grow the existing AI team and hire as we scale
- Evolve our voice agents framework into a production grade product
- Own the security and reliability of every AI solution we ship
- Stay ahead on models, frameworks, and tools, and bring the team along
- Support sales and leadership on AI pre-sales, demos, and proposals

- Agentic AI: LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, MCP
- LLM foundations: RAG, embeddings, tool use, structured outputs, fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA)
- Stack: Python, vector DBs (Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector), AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI
- Voice AI: LiveKit, Vapi, Retell, Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, real-time APIs
- AI security: prompt injection defense, guardrails, PII handling, agent permissions
- Evals and observability: LLM-as-judge, Langfuse, LangSmith, golden datasets

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
