About the Role
Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Remote Video Content Creators to support an international AI training project. The role involves recording high-quality, natural videos of simple day-to-day activities while following specific video and narration guidelines.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are comfortable speaking English, have a good-quality smartphone, and can create clear, natural video content from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Record videos of simple everyday activities in a natural and realistic manner.
- Perform activities such as:
- Organizing books or stationery
- Packing a lunch or bag
- Folding clothes
- Arranging groceries or household items
- Preparing simple food
- Wrapping a gift
- Organizing a workspace
- Cleaning or arranging a table
- Arranging a shoe rack
- Sorting household items
- Provide natural English narration while performing the activity.
- Follow the project’s video recording and quality guidelines accurately.
- Submit completed videos regularly as per project requirements.
Mandatory Recording Requirements
- Both hands must remain clearly visible throughout the recording.
- Face reveal is NOT required.
- Videos must be recorded and narrated strictly in English.
- Narration must be natural and spontaneous; do not read from a script.
- Videos should be unedited, realistic, and naturally recorded.
- A head-mounted/head-mount camera setup is mandatory.
- iPhone preferred; alternatively, a smartphone capable of producing comparable high-quality video.
- Adequate lighting and a stable recording environment are required.
- Candidates must have a suitable space at home to perform and record everyday activities.
Compensation
- ₹150 per working hour
- ₹180 per hour for candidates working 5 hours or more in a day
- Flexible work schedule based on availability.
- Higher working hours provide an opportunity to earn more.
Candidate Requirements
- Comfortable speaking English naturally and confidently.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed recording guidelines.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for recording.
- Access to a high-quality smartphone.
- Must be able to arrange/use a head-mounted recording setup.
- Willingness to regularly record and submit videos as per project timelines.
