We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth across UAE & Australia markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle client queries and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong expertise in cold calling & sales conversion
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Experience in recruitment or education industry is an advantage
