Position: Executive Assistant to Director
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations, scheduling, communication, and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination, communication, and administrative skills while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas and MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and business documents as required.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.
- Organize business events, conferences, and management meetings.
- Assist in administrative and operational activities assigned by the Director.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management/directors.
Preferred Industry
- Manufacturing, Retail, Apparel, Fashion, FMCG, or Corporate Office environment.

Reporting To
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
