Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Marketing professional who can develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of digital marketing, campaign planning, customer engagement, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Build brand awareness through partnerships, events, and collaborations.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and customer communication campaigns.
- Prepare marketing reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Work with designers, content creators, and external agencies for marketing materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising platforms.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and measure campaign performance.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce marketing.
