Job Title: MEP Design and Estimation Engineer
Experience : 4-5 years
Location : Turbhe -Head office
Job description :
- Drawing checking as per Specification. (Consultant drawing)
- Coordination with mep consultant and get the job done as per priority list
- Prepared the drawing list and coordinate with consultant and get it done
- Review of MEP shop drawing and covert with GFC drawing.
- Checking of in house mep drawing if any correction they shall coordinate with mep draftsman and get the job done as per priority list
- Preparation of Firefighting BOQ quantity estimation as per in-house & MEP consultant drawing.
- Preparation of Plumbing BOQ quantity estimation as per in-house & MEP consultant drawing
- Preparation of Electrical BOQ quantity estimation as per in-house & MEP consultant drawing
- Preparation of basement Ventilation BOQ quantity estimation as per in-house & MEP consultant drawing
- Preparation of HVAC BOQ quantity estimation as per in-house & MEP consultant drawing
- Maintaining records of MEP contracts make tracker
- Preparation of water demand as per project make UG/OH tank capacity
- Make design As per fire NOC
- Preparation of Electrical load sheet
- Checking of work done as per given design and drawing
- Preparation of energy meter list and coordinate with CRM collect the doc. And raised application of energy meter
- Coordinate with vendor and account dept. and pay security deposit of energy meter
- preparation of construction power load sheet
- Coordinate with In-house Design ID team and get the job done of mep .
- Checking of handing over documents and as built drawing for all project.
