Job Title: Project Manager (Civil)
Location: Gurgaon (Handling Multiple NCR Sites)
Experience Required: 8–12 Years
Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage construction projects based in Gurgaon and across multiple NCR locations. The candidate should have strong expertise in structural works, especially in high-rise and commercial building projects, and the ability to handle multiple sites efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects from start to completion
- Oversee structural construction activities for high-rise and commercial buildings
- Manage and coordinate multiple project sites across NCR
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and defined quality standards
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address any delays or issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements
- Manage resources, procurement planning, and cost control
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil project management
- Strong experience in structural works, high-rise buildings, and commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
