We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer with 3+ years of expertise in residential and commercial projects. The candidate should be capable of independently managing design development, coordination, documentation, estimation, and on-site execution.
Responsibilities
- Create design concepts, layouts, and client presentations
- Prepare technical drawings, 3D views, BOQs, and cost estimations
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and execution teams
- Monitor site progress and maintain design quality throughout execution
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional industry experience
- AutoCAD and SketchUp proficiency is mandatory
- Practical experience with V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, finishes, and spatial planning
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation abilities
- Capability to handle multiple assignments efficiently
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
Portfolio of completed work is compulsory.
