We are looking for a CCNA Certified Network Support Engineer with good communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
● Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
● Monitor network performance and ensure smooth connectivity.
● Diagnose and resolve networking issues efficiently.
● Coordinate with internal teams and clients for technical support.
● Maintain proper network documentation and reports.
Requirements:
● CCNA certification is mandatory.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
● Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Freshers as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
● Basic knowledge of network security concepts and technologies, including: Cisco Firewall configuration, VPN configuration, Network security technologies, Threat prevention concepts.
● Familiarity with network simulation and lab tools such as Cisco Packet Tracer, EVE-NG, and PNetLab. Candidates with hands-on experience using these tools to configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs will be given preference.
● Candidates who have completed an enterprise network design project using any network simulation platform are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
