About the Role
Ushara Biotech is looking for a disciplined and hardworking Operations Intern to support daily spirulina production activities at our farm in Kalipatnam. This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in biotechnology, aquaculture, agriculture, or food processing.
The intern will be involved in harvesting spirulina, drying operations, powder processing, and maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency at the farm.
Responsibilities
- Harvest spirulina from cultivation tanks.
- Remove and collect daily spirulina produce.
- Assist in drying and processing harvested spirulina.
- Operate basic equipment used for drying and powder preparation.
- Pack and store processed spirulina as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area.
- Record daily production activities when required.
- Follow farm safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able to report daily at 5:00 AM sharp.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor farm environment.
- Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on operational tasks.
- Punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Candidates from nearby areas of Kalipatnam and West Godavari are preferred.
