- 1+ years of professional baking experience in a bakery, café, or hotel kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough fermentation, pastry work, and oven operation.
- Prepare a daily selection of baked goods including breads, croissants, muffins, cakes, cookies, tarts, and more.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal items in coordination with the management team.
- Oversee dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing of all bakery items.
- Monitor ingredient inventory, manage stock rotation, and assist in ordering supplies.
