About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated M.Com graduate to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and excellent English communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management summaries.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
English Communication Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to draft professional emails, reports, and business correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, auditors, vendors, and team members.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience
- Freshers with M.Com qualification are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
