- Industry: BIM & VDC Services
- The Role: Sr. BIM Modeler (Strategic Execution) having experience of at least 2.5 years in revit & scan to BIM filed.
Key Responsibilities1. Virtual Construction & Drafting
- Model high-precision 3D BIM models, CAD documentation, and technical drawings derived from complex Point Cloud data.
- Uphold rigorous drafting integrity, ensuring every deliverable aligns with project-specific geometry and metadata standards.
2. Framework & Protocol Management
- Architect and execute BIM Execution Plans (BEP) that bridge the gap between client vision and technical reality.
- Standardize digital environments by enforcing strict naming conventions and data exchange protocols.
3. CDE & Model Orchestration
- Administer Common Data Environments (CDE)—including BIM 360, ACC, and ProjectWise—to ensure seamless version control.
- Mastermind model federation and clash resolution using Navisworks and Solibri to eliminate onsite conflicts before they happen.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary coordination workshops, driving issues from identification to resolution.
- Synthesize Reality Capture (Scan-to-BIM) and GIS data into cohesive project workflows.
5. Quality Assurance & Innovation
- Conduct exhaustive QA/QC audits on federated models to guarantee "zero-error" submissions.
- Leverage Computational Design tools (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper) to automate repetitive tasks and optimize production speed.
6. Lifecycle & Asset Integration
- Engineer data-rich models for Facility Management (COBie compliance) and contribute to the evolution of Digital Twin technology.
