Labelchaaap is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation
- Manage payroll coordination and performance evaluation processes
- Create a positive and productive work culture
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in hiring for retail/fashion/lifestyle industry preferred
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment platforms
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
