About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and supporting patients with a wide range of physical conditions. You will play a key role in improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall quality of life.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for patient care. The ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high professional standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Deliver manual therapy, mobilization, and evidence-based physiotherapy techniques
- Support post-trauma and post-surgical recovery to restore mobility and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on posture, exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications
- Refer patients to doctors or other healthcare professionals when required
- Plan and execute physiotherapy and wellness programs
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
- 1–2 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Good teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Strong administrative and documentation skills
- Good physical stamina and fitness
- High levels of patience, empathy, and professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
