Job Summary
Dove Research & Analytics Lab is looking for a motivated IT Executive who will manage the company’s IT infrastructure and support digital presence across social media platforms. The candidate will ensure smooth IT operations and help promote the company’s services through social media management and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
IT Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company computers, laptops, printers, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to staff for software, hardware, and internet issues.
- Maintain data backups and system security.
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
- Manage email accounts, cloud storage, and internal IT systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and troubleshooting.
Social Media Responsibilities
- Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create and schedule posts related to lab services, research updates, and company activities.
- Respond to messages and inquiries on social media.
- Monitor social media engagement and analytics.
- Support marketing campaigns and online brand presence.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with social media management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle both IT and digital responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 1.5–3 years of experience in IT support and digital media management.
