About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Analyst & Customer Onboarding Executive to gather business requirements, coordinate software implementations, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, KT sessions, and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Project Management, and Support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, functional testing, and UAT.
- Coordinate end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation activities.
- Configure customer master data, user accounts, and operational settings.
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer onboarding sessions, and user training.
- Validate customer data before go-live and ensure implementation readiness.
- Track project milestones, resolve implementation issues, and provide post-go-live support.
- Prepare user guides, release notes, and training documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain implementation records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Customer Onboarding, Software Implementation, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with BRDs, FRDs, UAT, and software implementation.
- Knowledge of logistics, freight, supply chain, or Transport Management Systems (TMS) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or EDI is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
