We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Staff member to manage the reception area and provide administrative support.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge to ensure smooth front office operations.
Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and documents. Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
Maintain files, records, and office documents accurately.
Coordinate with staff and departments for smooth office operations.
Ensure the reception and front office area is clean and well-organized.
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
