Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations
- Manage guest check-in and check-out smoothly
- Handle reservations, room allocation, and guest complaints
- Monitor billing, cashiering, and night audit processes
- Train and guide front office staff
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Maintain reports and occupancy records using InnKey PMS
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of hotel front office experience
- Supervisor experience preferred
- Knowledge of InnKey PMS or other hotel PMS software
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage shifts and team operations
- Professional appearance and customer handling skills
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
