Rebrace Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administration & Procurement Executive to manage office administration while overseeing timely procurement activities related to the company's third-party manufacturing operations. The incumbent will coordinate with contract manufacturing partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted product availability across all company brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the corporate office.
- Oversee housekeeping, facility management, office maintenance, and office assets.
- Procure office stationery, pantry items, furniture, equipment, and other administrative requirements.
- Coordinate courier services, travel arrangements, and vendor services.
- Maintain office records, agreements, utility bills, and annual maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments for administrative support.
Procurement & Third-Party Manufacturing
- Plan and execute procurement activities for all company brands manufactured through third-party manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure timely production, dispatch, and availability of finished goods.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor their execution.
- Follow up with manufacturing partners regarding production schedules, batch planning, and dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate procurement of packaging materials, printed components, promotional materials, and other production-related requirements.
- Track inventory levels and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance to forecast procurement requirements and prevent stock shortages.
- Identify and onboard new third-party manufacturers and vendors as required.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and manufacturing partners.
- Maintain procurement records, production schedules, vendor databases, agreements, quotations, and purchase documentation.
- Coordinate invoice verification and payment follow-up with the Finance department.
- Monitor vendor performance with respect to quality, compliance, cost, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure uninterrupted product availability by proactively planning procurement based on sales forecasts and business requirements.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality Assurance, and manufacturing partners for timely documentation and compliance wherever applicable.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchase, or Third-Party Manufacturing Coordination.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of third-party manufacturing, production planning, procurement processes, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
