Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hospital's front office and reception services. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient patient registration, appointment management, billing coordination, and exceptional patient experience while leading the front office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all front office and reception activities.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, admission, discharge, and appointment processes.
- Monitor patient flow and minimize waiting times.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Manage and train receptionists, billing staff, and front desk executives.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records and hospital software entries.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments for seamless operations.
- Monitor cash collection, billing accuracy, and daily reporting.
- Prepare departmental reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in front office or patient services, preferably in a multispeciality/corporate hospital.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software (HMS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
