The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting admissions growth and enhancing the school’s visibility through on-ground marketing activities, outreach programs, events, and relationship management.

- Plan and execute society activations, local outreach activities, and admission promotion campaigns
- Develop tie-ups with preschools, corporates, and community partners
- Coordinate and manage school events, open houses, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Conduct competitor mapping and track local market trends, school activities, and admission strategies
- Handle admission enquiries and support parent engagement activities
- Manage vendors, printers, agencies, and event partners
- Coordinate collateral management including brochures, banners, standees, flyers, and branding materials
- Provide content inputs for social media and digital communication
- Maintain enquiry data, marketing reports, and activity trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing initiatives
Desired Profile
- Graduate with 2–6 years of experience in marketing, outreach, admissions, or events
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
- Experience in Education, Retail, Hospitality, QSR, or service industry preferred
- Energetic, presentable, and execution-focused professional willing to travel locally for activities and events
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
