Business Development Executive (BDE) / Telecaller / Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, result-oriented, and customer-focused professionals to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective clients, promoting residential and commercial properties, scheduling site visits, and converting inquiries into successful sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
- Generate new leads through telecalling, referrals, online portals, and social media.
- Understand customers' property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospects until closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams for smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, telecalling, insurance, banking, or customer service is preferred.

Work Location

Pay: ₹11,535.92 - ₹40,919.44 per month
