- Role: Back End Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Build high-performance, scalable, robust, and reliable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Agile & CI/CD: Drive continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines within an agile team.
- Testing: Write automated unit and integration tests (JUnit) to support stable deployment pipelines.
- Integration: Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, capabilities, and data protocols into the core product.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including QA, product owners, and Technical Product Managers (TPMs).
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system design, architecture, and API specifications.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, perform strict code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:
Education: UG/PG: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (Preferably in Computer Science) from a Tier-1 Engineering Institute.
Core Technical Stack
- Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, JPA, Microservices.
- Databases: Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and any NoSQL database solutions.
- Data Formats: Heavy experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and Protocol Buffers (Protobuf).
- Streaming & Caching: Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache Storm, Memcached, and Redis.
- API Tooling: Postman, Castlemock, Apigee, and Swagger. DevOps, Security & Monitoring ● CI/CD & Version Control: Git, GitLab, GitHub, and Jenkins.
- Monitoring & Logging: Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Code Quality & Security: OWASP security standards, SonarQube, Fortify, and Veracode.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Attributes:
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the Payments, Banking, or Fintech domain.
- Cloud & DevOps: Knowledge of AWS (or other cloud platforms) and containerisation tools like Docker
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
