As a Salesforce LWC Manager, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions, ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the broader system architecture. Your role will also include troubleshooting issues and optimizing application performance to meet user expectations and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience with APIs and low-code platforms to develop and integrate solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software release management and deployment strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
