Position Summary
Flogic Academy is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and relationship-driven Academic Marketing & Partnerships Executive to promote our academic and professional training programs across colleges, universities, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating awareness about Flogic Academy's programs, building strong institutional partnerships, mobilizing students, conducting market research, and strengthening recruiter and employer relationships to improve student employability and placement opportunities.
The role focuses on supporting Commerce students through the Apprenticeship-Embedded Degree Program (AEDP) as well as providing career-focused professional training for students who are not eligible for AEDP.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Marketing & Student Outreach
- Promote Flogic Academy's training programs through college visits, seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and educational events.
- Create awareness about the benefits of Apprenticeship-Embedded Degree Programs (AEDP) and other job-oriented certification programs.
- Educate Commerce and other students on career opportunities in Accounting, Finance, Payroll, GST, Taxation, Auditing, Data Entry, Banking, and Business Operations.
- Plan and execute admission campaigns and student engagement activities to achieve enrollment targets.
College & Academic Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, placement officers, principals, faculty members, and department heads.
- Develop partnerships with private coaching centers and educational institutions to expand Flogic Academy's reach.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, career fairs, workshops, and awareness programs.
Recruiter & Industry Relations
- Build strong connections with recruiters, HR professionals, accounting firms, audit firms, financial institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Understand industry hiring requirements and align training programs with market needs.
- Coordinate apprenticeship, internship, and placement opportunities for students.
Student Counselling & Admissions
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding career opportunities, course benefits, and admission processes.
- Guide students in selecting suitable programs based on their educational background and career aspirations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure successful admissions and onboarding.
Market Research & Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend new training programs based on employer demand.
- Explore opportunities for institutional collaborations and strategic partnerships.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of institutional visits, student leads, admissions, recruiter interactions, and partnership activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admissions, outreach activities, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
- Work closely with the training, placement, and management teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Academic Marketing, Student Admissions, Business Development, Educational Partnerships, Campus Recruitment, or Training & Placement.
- Experience working with coaching centers, colleges, universities, or educational institutions is highly preferred.
Required Skills

- Experience in recruiter engagement and corporate relationship management.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
