Position: Architect
Location: Mira Road (5–10 minutes walking distance from Mira Road East Railway Station)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5–6 years of experience in architectural planning, design development, and project execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in redevelopment projects, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Develop designs in compliance with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
- Handle architectural planning and coordination for redevelopment projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review and manage construction drawings and design documentation.
- Conduct site visits and provide solutions for design and execution-related issues.
- Assist in project planning, design development, and statutory approvals.
- Ensure timely delivery of project drawings and documentation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project-related documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch).
- 5–6 years of relevant experience as an Architect.
- Redevelopment project experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, building regulations, and design standards.
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
