Job Requirements
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech qualification
- First Class academic record preferred
- 5-7 years of experience as Assistant Manager QA/QC in the Offset Printing & Packaging industry
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, SOPs, audits, inspections, and process improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10-12 QC Executives
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products
- Ensure in-process quality checks and proper documentation
- Minimize quality complaints, defects, and production wastage
- Handle client and external quality audits
- Train QC staff and production operators on quality standards
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
