Job Description – Telecaller & Counselor
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller & Counselor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Counsel prospective clients and provide accurate information about services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Counseling, or Customer Service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
