Job Description (JD) – Diploma Electronics Freshers
Position: Diploma Trainee – Electronics
Qualification: Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Communication (ECE) & Mechanical
Experience: Freshers
Job Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and inspect electronic components and products.
- Perform soldering, PCB assembly, and basic troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
- Operate production and testing equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Maintain quality standards during manufacturing and inspection processes.
- Record production and inspection data accurately.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to achieve production targets.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, PCB, and circuit diagrams.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as multimeters.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
