Structured Execution & Delivery Orientation
Ability to priorities, track and deliver roadmap commitments in a fast‑paced, high‑impact product environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI / GenAI, analytics, or data driven products
- Exposure to large scale platforms, B2B, GovTech, EdTech or high reliability systems
- Familiarity with Design Thinking, user research or UX evaluation
- Experience in customer facing roles, pre sales or consulting engagements
- Ability to create wireframes, product narratives or executive ready presentations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define, own and communicate the product vision, roadmap and delivered capabilities through compelling presentations.
- Benchmark the TCS iON Digital Assessment platform against industry and global competitors to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Analyze market, customer and capability gaps, translating insights into product initiatives.
- Understand customer needs and design scalable, reusable product solutions, not one off implementations.
- Build and articulate clear USPs for Indian and international markets.
- Define, priorities and track delivery of roadmap commitments in collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
- Lead customer and leadership presentations on key product capabilities and value propositions.
- Partner with engineering and QA teams to support UAT and ensure release quality.
- Review product UX/UI and recommend usability and experience improvements.
- Drive product analytics and insights across item, assessment and candidate levels.
- Apply design thinking principles for discovery, problem framing and solution validation.
- Own product releases, including readiness, documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct continuous competitor and market analysis to inform strategy and roadmap.
- Research emerging trends and provide data backed product insights for decision making.
- Create low fidelity wireframes / concept designs for new product capabilities.
