Operation Theatre (OT) Nurse

A reputed Super Speciality Hospital in Vadodara is looking for a skilled and dedicated Operation Theatre (OT) Nurse to join its surgical services team. The ideal candidate should have experience in assisting surgical procedures, maintaining OT protocols, and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after surgeries.
- Ensure availability and sterility of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and OT records.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, OT technicians, and nursing staff for smooth surgical operations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Operation Theatre nursing.
- Experience as an OT Nurse or Scrub Nurse in a hospital setting preferred.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and infection control practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
