Requirements:
- Any graduate with 1+ years of training experience
- Ability to plan and deliver training sessions in classroom, virtual, and OJT (On-the-Job Training) formats.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
- Manage sales promoters onboarding, provide OJT support, and continuous handholding.
- Deliver product training, sales training, and soft-skills training to promoters.
- Support promoters through market visits and field guidance.
- Ensure LMS usage and track the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain coordination with the sales team for training alignment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
