Job Title: CCTV OperatorJob Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras covering both office and warehouse premises.
- Continuously observe live footage and identify any suspicious or unusual activities.
- Maintain CCTV recordings and retrieve footage whenever required.
- Report security incidents, safety concerns, and policy violations to the concerned authorities.
- Coordinate with the Admin, HR, and Security teams during investigations.
- Ensure all CCTV systems, cameras, and recording devices are functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
- Prepare daily CCTV monitoring reports and incident logs.
- Monitor employee entry/exit, attendance-related concerns, and movement within the premises when required.
- Share CCTV footage with management only upon authorized request while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- 1–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar surveillance role.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations, and basic computer skills.
- Good observation, attention to detail, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
- Strong integrity, discretion, and communication skills.
Working Days & Timings:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
