We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Executive who will act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding experience by collecting all required client information and coordinating internal execution with the data team. You will play a key role in creating a strong first impression, building trust with clients, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to successful onboarding on our B2B marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients after sales closure
- Create a positive and professional first impression for every client
- Build and maintain strong working relationships during the onboarding journey
- Collect complete onboarding requirements from client
- Ensure all inputs are complete, structured, and validated before submission
- Coordinate effectively with clients to resolve missing or unclear information
- Handover finalized onboarding data to the internal data team for execution
- Track onboarding progress and ensure completion within 7 working days SLA
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients at every stage
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, data, QA, and support functions)
- Proactively identify blockers and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
