We are hiring for Quality Control Executive – E-Publishing
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Location: Ranchi
Industry: E-Publishing, XML Conversion/Tagging
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on eBooks and journal content (PDF, XML, HTML, ePub).
- Verify formatting, layout, and style as per guidelines.
- Identify and fix errors in text, images, tables, links, and references.
- Ensure compliance with publishing standards and validate XML/HTML tagging.
- Check hyperlinks, cross-references, and metadata.
- Coordinate with teams and maintain QC reports.
- Deliver work on time with high quality.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, and ePub formats.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, and XML tools.
- Understanding of publishing workflows.
- Good communication and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any graduate (English/Journalism preferred).
- Experience or certification in e-publishing is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
