We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation/e-commerce growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Develop performance-driven strategies for lead generation, e-commerce sales, app installs, and brand awareness.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, creatives, and placements for maximum ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Track key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Custom Events, and event tracking.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and new platform features.
- Manage remarketing campaigns and customer funnel optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
