We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing of Metallic Expansion Bellows. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of bellows manufacturing processes, welding, fabrication, quality control, and production planning. The role requires ensuring timely production, maintaining quality standards, and effectively managing shop-floor activities.
- Supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Plan and allocate work to welders, fitters, helpers, and machine operators.
- Ensure production is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor bellows forming, welding, assembly, and testing activities.
- Maintain production schedules to achieve delivery commitments.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection requirements.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Minimize material wastage and improve productivity.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of machines and tools.
- Maintain production records and daily progress reports.
- Train and guide shop-floor workers on best manufacturing practices.
Pay: ₹9,124.98 - ₹24,000.00 per month
