## Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dynamic Art and Craft lessons for primary/middle/secondary classes, emphasizing technique, creativity, and cultural awareness.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages experimentation and self-expression.
- Assess student progress through portfolios, project-based evaluations, and practical demonstrations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents, highlighting artistic growth and areas for improvement.
- Organize and coordinate school art exhibitions, competitions, and collaborative projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into interdisciplinary learning (e.g., history, literature, science).
- Maintain art supplies, manage budgets for materials, and ensure a safe, organized workspace.
- Encourage eco-friendly practices (e.g., upcycling) and exposure to diverse art forms (traditional, digital, etc.).

- Proficiency in diverse art mediums (drawing, painting, sculpture, crafts, digital art).
- Strong knowledge of art history, global artistic traditions, and CBSE art pedagogy.

Key qualifications for your role
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification (preferred).
- 2+ years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE environment (advantageous).
- Portfolio demonstrating artistic expertise and student work samples.
- Familiarity with CBSE’s art curriculum and assessment methods.
