- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Base & Macros.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging within multi-component business systems.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data manipulation using SAS tools.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management.
