· Routinely carry out quality inspection of HVAC equipment to ensure working in consistent with health and safety standards.
· Troubleshoots system failures
· Repair or replace defective parts in units, equipment and their controls
· Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems
· Responding to complaints/ emergency calls
· Providing technical direction and on-the-job training for other staffs
· Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
· Maintain calibration/ preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipments
· Keep records of AMC, Warranty and schedule maintenance on proper due dates
· Conduct energy conservation surveys to realize the most efficient cost-effective use of HVAC energy.
· Reporting of break downs of equipments, failure of supply, accident and other serious occurrences immediately
· Adhering to safety precaution to avoid accidents
· Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants
· To participate in on call, shift duties and out of hours as required by the service.
· Undertake activities of pest control
