We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → hiring → onboarding coordination)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g.Edtech)
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies
Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹20,000.00 per month
