Responsibilities:
- Testing Management: Responsible for managing and leading the software testing team. This includes setting goals, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and guidance to team members.
- Test Planning and Strategy: Responsible for developing and implementing a test plan and strategy. This includes identifying test objectives, defining test scope, determining test types and approaches, and creating test cases and scripts.
- Test Execution: Responsible for overseeing the execution of the testing process, ensuring that testing is carried out according to established procedures and that the testing team adheres to the test plan.
- Test Reporting and Analysis: Responsible for analyzing and reporting the results of testing, identifying defects and issues, and communicating testing results to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with the testing process, including identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.
- Coordination and Communication: Responsible for coordinating testing efforts with other teams involved in the software development process, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts. This includes communicating testing progress, issues, and results to all relevant stakeholders.
- Setting Objectives: Defining clear information security objectives, ensuring they are measurable and aligned with business goals.
- Continual Improvement: Ensuring there is a process for monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and driving continual improvement.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensuring the ISMS complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and reporting to relevant stakeholders
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
