Mall Store (Sunglass Outlet) - Ahmedabad
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our Sunglass retail outlet located in a mall. The ideal candidate should have prior mall store sales experience, with optical retail experience preferred, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their product requirements
- Guide customers in selecting frames, and optical accessories
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, POS operations, and basic cash handling
- Manage customer follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with store staff for smooth operations
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and mall discipline guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a mall environment
- Optical retail experience is an added advantage (frames, lenses, eyewear)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a sales mindset
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays (mall operations)
- Smart and presentable in appearance.
