Cluster Sales Manager / Executive
Drive occupancy and revenue through corporate partnerships, institutional tie-ups, channel partners, brokers, and direct B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate and institutional clients.
- Build relationships with HR, Admin, Travel Desk, and key decision-makers.
- Develop partnerships with brokers, channel partners, and relocation agencies.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Support renewals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of property features, amenities, and value propositions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–10 years of experience in B2B sales
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Lead generation and relationship management.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic CRM and sales reporting knowledge.
Candidates from Hospitality Industry Preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
