About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Sales Assistant Manager to join our luxury brand team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling telephonic sales, managing CRM-generated leads, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
- Follow up with CRM-generated leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order fulfillment.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience in telephonic sales, inside sales, luxury retail, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident personality with a polished and professional approach.
- Ability to handle high-value customers and provide premium service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Graduate preferred.
