Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee overall business operations, ensure effective coordination between departments, and support strategic decision-making. The role involves managing department heads, monitoring performance, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and governance across all departments.
- Conduct regular reviews with department heads and track performance.
- Monitor operations, sales, finance, HR, factory, and inventory functions.
- Drive process improvements, accountability, and organizational growth.
- Review reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Support management in major decisions related to finance, projects, manpower, and business expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior management or general management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in handling multiple departments and team leaders.
- Good understanding of operations, finance, HR, and business strategy.
- Ability to manage high-level reviews, reporting, and organizational improvements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
