Details:
1) Be responsible for service creation activities assigned and deliver within defined target/timelines Work with Delivery teams to ensure the respective teams are equipped to deliver the service / solution Identify and establish service partnership with 3rd party organizations as required completing the solution / service delivery capability
2) Support pre-sales and Solution team in demonstrating our service capabilities, by participating in customer presentation, building solutions, supporting in the RFP and SOW process, Workshop etc.
3) Work with business manager and marketing team in creating sales collaterals; communication packages for internal sales
4) Ensure timely completion of solution and submission to bid management team.
5) Ensure zero escalation from bid management team regarding the quality or timeliness in delivering the solution. Quality and timeliness in supporting them with sales collaterals
6) Work with sales, solutions and delivery team on new services and acquire new businesses
7) Through partnering with Sales, BDG and marketing team help run sales campaign; digital campaigns
8) Play active role in the winning process. Ensure NN/EN business acquisition for services. Provide all support to marketing and business manager for a successful campaign and demand generation plan within the agreed timelines
9) Demonstrate improved technical knowledge and team skills to provide an end to end architect view on Network
10) Self-learn and improve knowledge and/or skills on technology and non-technology areas required to advance to the next organizational level/role. Cultivate a collaborative and professional working relationship with all internal teams ensuring respect for individuals and taking ownership of one’s own actions.
