Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to strengthen customer engagement and generate business opportunities through proactive outreach. The role involves connecting with existing, dormant, and inactive customers, identifying potential requirements, and supporting revenue growth through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing, old, and non-active customers on a regular basis.
- Mine and analyze customer databases to identify sales opportunities and reactivation prospects.
- Maintain a high volume of daily calls to engage customers and understand their current business requirements.
- Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team where required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Update customer interactions, call outcomes, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information during interactions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to address customer requirements and concerns.
- Track and report key performance metrics such as calls made, leads generated, conversions, and customer reactivations.
- Support campaigns aimed at customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Engagement, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,020,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Total: 2 years (Preferred)
- Inside Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
