Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician with 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and mechanical systems. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient operation of plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and motors
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals
- Perform alignment, lubrication, and calibration of equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements
- Maintain maintenance records and report major issues
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial/mechanical maintenance
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to use tools, measuring instruments, and maintenance equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
